Bigtime Help Center Sign-in
While it's not mandatory to be logged in to submit tickets, please note that some tickets will only be valid if you are signed in. Additionally, signing in will allow you to track your tickets from your Help Center profile. Our Help Center is here to assist you with any issues you may encounter while playing our game. To get started, we'll explain how to sign in for the first time and how to sign in if you already have an account.
1-Signing In for the First Time
- To sign in for the first time, click on the "Sign In" link located on the top left corner of our support site. You'll be redirected to a new screen.
- If you don't have an account yet, you can either sign up with your social account (such as Google) or click on the "Sign up" link, if you allready have an Open Loot account skip to option 2.
If you choose to create an account, you'll be asked to choose your email address and username for the help center. - Please note that it's important to use the same email address that you used to register on our site. You can check which email address you used on your own profile page.
- Once you've chosen your email address and username, you'll receive a verification link from Zendesk.
- Click on the link to validate your email address, and then create a password for our help-center.
2-Signing In if You Already Have an Account
- If you already have an account, click on the "Sign In" link located on the top left corner of our support site:
- You'll be redirected to a new screen where you'll need to fill in your login credentials, which include your email address and password.
Once you've signed in, you'll be able to access our help center and create tickets for any issues you may encounter while playing our games. Please note that it's important to be logged in when you create tickets that have sensitive or critical information.
