If your concern is specifically related to Big Time, please direct your communication to the Big Time support site. Similarly, for issues pertaining to Open Loot, address your concerns to the appropriate Open Loot support site.
It is important to note that the support ticket submitted for Big Time can only be seen and addressed on the Big Time support site, and the same applies to Open Loot support tickets, which can only be accessed and handled through the Open Loot support site.
