- Cosmetic Shards (Blushfire Lattice, Terra Core, etc.)
ERC-20 Tokens:
- $BIGTIME
In-Game Items:
- Workshop Mod Chips
- Portal Mod Chips
- Prestige Portal Mod Chips
- Schematics
As Big Time is in a state of constant development, the game environment continuously evolves through updates and iterations. Like any software product, these changes are designed to enhance the game experience but can occasionally introduce technical glitches or cause gameplay interruptions. Similarly, player-related factors such as computer malfunctions, network instability, or power outages can lead to interruptions in gameplay or result in progression and data loss. These conditions can result in losses of premium currencies, tokens, and in-game items. We are committed to rapidly addressing issues within our control and ensuring ongoing improvements and stability. However, it is important for players to acknowledge and accept the risk of potential losses—from both the game’s development and their own environments—as part of the game’s ongoing development.
Reinstatement Conditions:
- Time Crystals and Workshop Mod Chips: Used during unsuccessful crafting due to glitches may be eligible for reinstatement.
- $BIGTIME: Generally not eligible for reinstatement. However, in rare instances where a clear miscalculation or error occurs during crafting events, exceptions may be considered.
- Cosmetic Shards: Not eligible for reinstatement.
- Portal Mod Chips and Prestige Portal Mod Chips: Not eligible for reinstatement.
- Schematics: Not eligible for reinstatement.
Decisions on reinstatement are made at our discretion. In all cases, if a specific, known error occurs, we will work diligently to rectify it.
