Hotfix and Player Data Wipe 0.3

Attention Big Timers,

We are releasing a hotfix to address several critical bugs. This necessitates a player data wipe similar to the 0.30 rollout to maintain game balance and ensure fairness.

Necessity of Character Data Wipe:

As the game is in early access, these resets are essential for maintaining player progression and game integrity.

Details of the Wipe:

All player data will be reset, but the following will be preserved:

• Open Loot items (NFTs, Premium Currencies, Time Crystals, $BIGTIME)
• Personal Metaverse layouts
• Ongoing crafts

Reinstatement Policy:

In-game purchases for mod chips since the launch of patch 0.30 will be reinstated to your account, there is no need to open a ticket, the reinstatement will be done programmatically.

Player Appreciation:

To show appreciation for your patience, we will grant a small gift of Time Crystals to users who played in patch 0.30. This will be done soon after the hotfix is implemented.
