 How to Submit Feedback for the Game

Your feedback helps us enhance the game experience. Here’s how to submit your feedback properly:

1-Access the Feedback Form

You can submit your feedback by clicking here or by selecting "Game Feedback" in the Game help center when you submit a Request.

2-Fill in the Feedback Form

• • Game Feedback Type*:
    Select the category that best describes your feedback:

    • Feature Request: Suggestions for new features or game content.
    • Gameplay Experience: Feedback on how the game feels or plays.
    • Game Balance: Suggestions for improving character, skill, or resource balance.
    • User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX): Feedback related to the game’s menus or overall ease of use.
    • Art/Graphics: Thoughts on the visual elements of the game, including character models or environments.
    • Sound/Music: Feedback on in-game audio and music.
    • Social Features: Suggestions or feedback related to multiplayer or social elements.
    • Other: If none of the categories apply, select "Other" and you’ll be prompted to describe the feedback Type in detail.
      
      

  • Subject*:
    Enter a brief title summarizing your feedback. This helps us identify the key point of your suggestion.
    Example: "Suggestion for character skill rebalancing" or "Improvement idea for the main menu."
    
    

  • What/Why - Describe the Feedback:
    Explain your feedback in detail. Be clear and specific, using examples where possible.
    Example: "I feel that certain skills are overpowered and make some characters much stronger than others, which affects the gameplay balance."
    
    

  • Impact:
    Describe how this feedback would affect your experience in the game.
    Example: "Rebalancing the skills would improve the overall competitiveness and make the game more enjoyable for everyone."
    
    

  • Proposal - How to Improve:
    Suggest improvements or solutions based on your feedback. Be as specific as possible.
    Example: "You could slightly reduce the power of certain skills or introduce cooldowns to make them less dominant."
    
    

  • Description*:
    This field is mandatory. Use it to include any additional details or scenarios that help explain your feedback.
    Example: "I’ve noticed this issue in multiplayer matches, where one character’s skill set is often used exclusively because of its overpowering abilities."
    
    

3-Submit Your Feedback

Once you’ve filled in the form, click Submit. Our team will review your feedback and may reach out if more information is needed.

4-What to Expect After Submitting Feedback

Once your feedback is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment thanking you for your input. Please note that this acknowledgment is most likely the only reply you will receive. While we escalate all feedback to the relevant teams for review, there will be no further follow-ups unless clarification is needed.
