We strive to make our game as smooth and enjoyable as possible, but sometimes bugs can still slip through. If you've encountered a bug in the game, we want to hear about it!
Following the details below to report a bug can be incredibly helpful in allowing the development team to reproduce and identify the issue as quickly as possible, however the most important thing is simply that you report the bug. So please feel free to provide as little detail as possible if it means the difference between reporting a bug vs. not reporting it.

Step 1: Gather Information
Before reporting the bug, it's important to gather as much information as possible. This will help us understand the issue and potentially fix it more quickly. Here are some key pieces of information to collect:

How: How the issue or bug started, such as whether it was a result of a specific action you took or if it happened randomly.

Impact: How the issue or bug is affecting your gameplay or enjoyment of the game, such as if it's preventing you from completing a task or making the game unplayable.

When: When the issue or bug occurred, including the date and time if possible, and whether it has happened consistently or just once.

Where: Where in the game the issue or bug occurred, such as a specific area or during a specific task please include the dungeon name and level range.

Circumstances: Any additional information that might help the game developers understand the issue or bug, such as what you were doing just before it happened, any error messages you saw, or what you tried to do to fix the issue.
